160 g Kale, thick stalks cut out, leaves sliced into 1inch strips

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees

Spread the kale on to a baking tray, lined with parchment or baking paper

Toss the kale in a tsp of olive oil and a sprinkling of salt

Roast in the oven at 180 degrees fan for around 15minutes, turning every 5minutes, until it is soft but crisp.
