Green Beans With Wholegrain Mustard (1 veg portion)

 80 g Trimmed Green Beans
 1 tbsp Butter
 ½ A Shallot or ΒΌ of a Small Onion finely chopped
 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
 1 tbsp Creme Fraiche

Boil the green beans for around 5minutes till soft but still with a slight crunch

Meanwhile heat the butter in a medium heat frying pan, fry the shallot/onion till soft

Add the mustard and creme fraiche, simmer till warmed through then stir in the beans to coat them.
