Chestnut Mushrooms With Wine And Mascarpone (2 veg portions)

 1 tsp Butter
 160 g Chestnut Mushrooms, sliced
 1 tbsp White Wine
 2 tbsp Mascarpone Cheese
 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Parsley, roughly chopped

Melt the butter in a frying pan.

Fry the mushrooms over a medium heat till turning golden.

Add the wine, stir.

Add the mascarpone and soy sauce, mix well.

Cook for a further minute.

Serve and sprinkle with parsley.
