Baked Cabbage With Bacon (2 Veg Portions)

 160 g White Cabbage (sliced into 1inch wedges)
 1 Rasher of Bacon (sliced)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan.

Spread the cabbage across the baking tray, sprinkle the bacon over the top of the cabbage and drizzle it all with a little olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Place in oven and roast for 30 minutes, flipping the cabbage wedges halfway through.

You may want to put the cabbage back in for five-minute increments until it is to your liking, ideally the edges are browned and crisp.
