
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees (Fan)
Place the asparagus (and beans if using) on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and season with lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the asparagus (and beans) from oven, sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
Cook for a further 10 mins, until the asparagus (and beans) are slightly crispy but also still soft.
